Yeah.. I’ve listened to the peter’s hill so many times lately that… well at podcamp it was like I couldn’t get the sucker out of my head.. must be posting about podcamp soon!

The thing about the peter’s hill era stuff is like.. there’s lots of craft-e issues.. but.. there’s also something sorta amazing about it. I mean even that stuff we were messing around with at mark’s seemed to have some amazing possibilities.. and given where studio has evolved to now.. and where its about to evolve to.. I think there’s a real possibility to make stuff like that.. but with a much higher kinda production value.. and all kinds of things..

So that’s something I’m real excited about.. this and like.. what we could maybe do with some of the poetry from “the old days” and the old scetchbooks and.. all of that..

And I can add that I’ve gotten some good reviews of this podcast.. from folks at podcamp.. so I think.. there’s people out there who could actually dig this stuff..

Okay, man, like, dude!!!! Some thoughts, lol:

1. Toshiro Mifune VS John Wayne…this is sounding bloody awesome!!! Like I mentioned to you upon first listen awhile ago, it’s got that amazing cinematic quality that permeates throughout the piece. It’s like a soundtrack to a real movie that these two would be in. Probably one of your most brilliant pieces EVAH in the history of your music making - no joke.

2. PETER’S HILL - OH MY GOD!!!! Man, I TOTALLY forgot all about this!!!!! And you know, I friggin’ love the shit out of this!!! YES - we DEF have to do more of this!!!!!! I remember at the time we were like very “WTF” about it, but for some reason….now I think we may have been way ahead of our time! I can’t even tell you how inspiring listening to this has been…it’s strangely fitting into some of my recent art making of my own lately, too….YAYYYYYYY!!! ME WANT MORE!!!

3. New Metal Track - Can I get a Holy Shit from the audience? That’s right! And this is only the beginnings of this track! Yes, it is most definitely metal - no question about it!!! CAn’ wait to hear more!!!!!
